Maison Margiela seeks Collection Merchandising Assistant in Paris on 6-month contract. Support merchandising strategy and collection performance analysis for MM6 line.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly sales performance analysis by product category, zone, and collection with focus on process and tool optimization
- Contribute to monthly and yearly performance reports with cross-category perspective
- Coordinate collection launches across RTW and accessories merchandising categories, ensuring information sharing and performance analysis communication
- Centralize databases and develop collection reporting and forecasting tools
- Participate in project tracking, testing, and ensure data accuracy and availability
- Create and contribute to collection analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in tracking, best-seller identification, and KPI analysis
- Prepare end-of-showroom quantitative and qualitative performance assessments
Qualifications
- University degree at Bac+4/5 level or equivalent
- Prior experience in business analysis, collection merchandising, or financial control
- Fluent English and French at C1 level
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated attention to detail
- Familiarity with luxury market dynamics

Prior experience in business analysis, collection merchandising, or financial control within a fashion or luxury context is preferred.
Education
University degree at Bac+4/5 level or equivalent qualification in business, finance, merchandising, or related discipline.
