OTB is hiring a Part-Time Client Advisor in Wrentham, MA — luxury retail role focused on clienteling and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with the brand’s luxury positioning; cultivate long-term client relationships and follow up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and expert product advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and maintain cash-handling best practices.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards; support regular floor moves and product resets.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and stock accuracy; assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store marketing and client events, including private appointments and VIP client experiences.
- Adhere to brand policies, reporting procedures and local labour regulations; contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally in premium or luxury fashion; track record of meeting sales objectives preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished verbal communication and a client-first mindset.
- Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends, peak trading hours and occasional evenings.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small retail team.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail or customer-facing experience; luxury or premium fashion experience and demonstrated clienteling results are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or merchandising is advantageous but not required.
