OTB Spa seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Vienna for luxury retail. Full-time or part-time position at Shopping Center Süd.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and personalized customer service throughout the sales process
- Create positive customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and store aesthetic standards
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular merchandise restocking
- Apply appropriate pricing and security measures to merchandise
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in textiles or luxury retail
- Fluent German and English proficiency
- General secondary education or equivalent
- Strong sales acumen and communication skills
- Numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Trend awareness and fashion sensibility
- Demonstrated reliability, engagement, and openness
