OTB / Maison Margiela seeks a Client Advisor (fixed-term) in Venice, Italy — boutique sales role delivering personalised luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised luxury service to a high-net-worth and diverse clientele, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointments and walk-in conversion.
  • Maintain in-store standards consistent with Maison Margiela aesthetic: visual merchandising, garment presentation and housekeeping.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Support inventory processes including stock control, receiving, replenishment and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and local management on promotional events, private appointments and client outreach initiatives.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines, loss-prevention procedures and local compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands (typically 1–3 years preferred).
  • Proven track record in clienteling and achieving sales targets in a boutique environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Legal right to work in Italy and availability for a fixed-term contract in Venice.

Experience
