OTB seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor in Tysons Corner, VA — provide luxury client service and drive sales for global fashion maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to affluent and aspirational customers, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Drive boutique sales and contribute to store targets through proactive clienteling, outreach, and in-store conversion.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the maison assortment and communicate key product features, craftsmanship and brand heritage to clients.
- Execute day-to-day boutique operations: process POS transactions, handle cash and receipts, manage stock replenishment and tagging, and support inventory counts.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, window presentation, and store housekeeping to reflect brand image.
- Update and manage client records in the CRM, coordinate appointments and follow-ups, and support store events and private viewings.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless client experience, including after-sales service and escalations as required.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work part-time schedule as required by boutique operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
- Reliability, discretion and the capacity to manage confidential client information.
- Basic numeracy and experience in cash handling and POS operations.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail or client-facing experience; prior experience within a luxury or premium fashion environment is strongly preferred and experience meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
