Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to individual client needs
- Drive sales through exceptional service, leveraging upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, offering a personalized luxury shopping experience
- Develop and manage an active client book, engaging clients through follow-ups, event invitations, and personal styling sessions
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer product recommendations
- Uphold the brand's values, image, and standards at all times
- Stay current on brand history, heritage, new collections, and industry trends
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines
- Process transactions efficiently and manage point-of-sale (POS) system operations
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care protocols
- Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities

- Retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle luxury brands
