Diesel Client Advisor position at La Vallée Village Outlet near Paris; full-time (35H) or part-time (21H) contracts available.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service according to Diesel brand guidelines, welcoming both local and international clientele with attentive, knowledgeable assistance
- Provide personalized product advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Apply CRM procedures to build and maintain the customer database
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI objectives
- Maintain point-of-sale visual presentation and merchandising standards in compliance with Diesel guidelines
- Manage inventory knowledge and stock control effectively
- Perform auxiliary retail tasks including merchandise unpacking, labeling, stock counting, and seasonal collection management
- Comply with shop security protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Execute cross-selling across all product categories to maximize transaction value
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within luxury or fashion retail
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with diverse, international clientele
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to identify and act on sales opportunities across product categories
Skills
Experience
Confirmed Client Advisor experience, preferably within luxury fashion or contemporary lifestyle retail environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal fashion or retail training is advantageous but not required.
