Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Diesel's guidelines.
  • Provide personalized advice tailored to customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the client database.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain the sales floor according to Diesel's visual presentation standards.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as unpacking, labeling, and inventory audits.
  • Adhere to store security protocols to prevent theft and losses.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain the store's presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
  • Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
  • Ability to cross-sell across various product categories.
  • Adaptable with a passion for challenges.
  • Proficiency in French and English.

Experience

Experience in a client advisory role within the luxury or fashion industry is preferred.
