Maison Margiela Client Advisor position in Monterrey, Mexico. Luxury retail sales and client management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warm, professional, and personalized service aligned with luxury retail standards
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice to clients across haute couture, ready-to-wear, and accessories
- Drive sales through consultative engagement, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, invitations to exclusive events, and personalized styling sessions
- Develop a comprehensive client book and anticipate client needs to proactively offer recommendations
- Uphold brand values, image, and standards whilst remaining informed on brand heritage, new collections, and industry trends
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with Maison Margiela brand guidelines
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium lifestyle brands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong storytelling ability
- Demonstrated sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Deep passion for delivering a personalized and consultative luxury shopping experience
- Cultural awareness and ability to engage effectively with an international clientele
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Fluency in additional languages beyond Spanish is advantageous
