OTB seeks a Client Advisor in Saint-Tropez — deliver luxury client service, drive sales, and represent the maison in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a discreet, personalised and commercially driven client experience consistent with the maison’s luxury positioning.
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships through in-store service, appointment management and clienteling activities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall KPIs (conversion, average transaction value, client retention).
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate collection narratives to clients with clarity and authenticity.
- Support visual merchandising standards, ensure presentation and stock integrity, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and returns, and ensure accurate cash and paperwork handling.
- Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing, events and after‑sales service to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for delivering high-calibre client service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to close sales and meet measurable targets.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in France and legal eligibility to be employed locally.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment; demonstrable sales results and familiarity with boutique operations are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, within easy reach of Nice.
