OTB seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in Saint-Tropez (May–Oct 2026), 35h/week. Join the boutique team to deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a diverse and international clientele, ensuring exceptional in-store experience and client retention.
  • Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets through proactive selling, product knowledge and effective clienteling.
  • Manage daily point-of-sale operations, cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation standards, including stock replenishment and housekeeping of sales floor and fitting rooms.
  • Build and maintain client records, follow up on enquiries and nurture long-term relationships through telephone, email and in-person contact.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations during peak seasonal periods, including flexible scheduling for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Availability for a seasonal fixed-term contract from May to October 2026 and willingness to work a 35-hour week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in luxury or premium retail (boutique, department store or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished professional presentation and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong numeracy and basic POS / cash-handling competence.
  • Legal authorization to work in France.

Experience

Prior experience in boutique or luxury retail is preferred; candidates with one or more seasons in customer-facing retail roles will be advantaged. Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and servicing international clientele is desirable.

Education

No formal degree required; vocational training in retail, hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
