Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, providing an exceptional in-store experience and personalized service at all times
- Build and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through authentic engagement and CRM initiatives
- Demonstrate mastery of brand storytelling and product knowledge, engaging clients with insightful questions to understand their desires and needs
- Drive individual and team sales objectives through active floor leadership, cross-selling across departments, and achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Manage client complaints and concerns with empathy, escalating to the line manager when necessary
- Maintain shop floor visual displays and merchandise presentation to company standards, ensuring proper stock procedures and compliance with operational guidelines
- Contribute to store security by preventing product loss, tagging merchandise, and maintaining vigilance on the sales floor
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitive landscape, and innovative approaches to enhance the client experience
- Demonstrate commercial acumen by understanding client desires and creating hand-crafted experiences that maximize sales performance
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and Italian (mandatory); additional languages considered a strong asset
- Proven retail or fashion luxury sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic connections
- Commercial mindset with focus on customer satisfaction and sales execution
- Competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, and customer focus
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in sales roles within structured fashion or luxury retail companies is preferred. However, candidates with demonstrated passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset will be considered. Openness to learning and willingness to evolve within the organization are essential.
Education
Secondary education required; additional qualifications in fashion, retail, or hospitality management are valued but not mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 23241.12 to EUR 26,000 per annum.
