Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, delivering personalised, high‑level service aligned with the brand’s positioning.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to enhance conversion and satisfaction.
  • Execute sales transactions, process payments and manage returns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain the corner’s visual presentation, implementing store and brand guidelines for merchandising and displays.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment and support inventory control and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Support visual merchandising projects and seasonal rollouts with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and contribute to store sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanour with strong customer‑service orientation and a client‑first mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; persuasive selling ability.
  • Capable of operating POS systems and handling cash accurately; basic numeracy for sales transactions.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work effectively within a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Interest in fashion and brand aesthetics; previous exposure to luxury or contemporary fashion retail considered an asset.
