Diesel seeks seasonal Client Advisors for its Roermond store (3 months, summer). Luxury retail sales experience, Dutch & English mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in-store, understanding client desires and delivering personalized, hand-crafted experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador representing Diesel's image, values, and heritage with professional standing and current market knowledge
  • Cultivate long-term authentic relationships with clients through personal connections and CRM platform initiatives
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, maximizing sales opportunities and driving individual and team performance results
  • Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, remaining current with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Uphold shop floor and visual display standards to luxury specifications, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment and clienteling activities
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and strong product sensitivity
  • Ability to interact effectively with international and foreign clientele
  • Passion for Diesel brand, product, and heritage
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages (mandatory); additional languages valued
