Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, advise, and provide sales assistance to clientele with a focus on service excellence and client retention
- Serve as a role model and exemplar of professional conduct for store team members
- Adhere to all house processes, guidelines, and grooming standards
- Ensure optimal merchandising presentation and inventory management across the boutique
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications
