Maison Margiela seeks Client Advisor for Paris boutique. Luxury retail role with 2+ years sector experience required. English mandatory, Mandarin/Russian preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, accompany, and advise clients to deliver a qualitative and personalized shopping experience
  • Embody the brand's values and serve as a genuine ambassador, showcasing products through compelling product knowledge and mastery of the Maison's collections and heritage
  • Cultivate privileged client relationships rooted in active listening, bespoke counsel, and loyalty-building to establish enduring trust
  • Actively contribute to achievement and surpassing of sales targets and key performance indicators (revenue, conversion rate, NPS)
  • Track and analyze individual performance metrics with a proactive approach to optimize results and client satisfaction
  • Maintain impeccable point-of-sale presentation in compliance with merchandising guidelines
  • Execute cash operations with rigor and reliability (opening, closing, receipting) and adhere to established brand procedures for sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, reliability, and stock control

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury sector
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Russian (highly preferred)
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
