Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and accompany each client with excellence, understanding their expectations and creating a personalized shopping journey
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Diesel's image and values through exemplary presentation, product knowledge, and content mastery
  • Develop authentic and durable client relationships by fostering trust through personalized interactions and CRM initiatives
  • Demonstrate commercial leadership on the sales floor, maximizing opportunities and contributing to individual and collective performance targets
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the brand, product ranges, and current market trends, including competitive landscape awareness
  • Uphold luxury merchandising and product presentation standards in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
