OTB seeks a Client Advisor in Paris (Montpensier). Join the retail team to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-end clientele to convert footfall into sustained customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Execute proactive clienteling using CRM tools: maintain client records, follow up post‑sale and cultivate long‑term loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through expert product presentation, upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the maison’s aesthetic and merchandising directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, manage stock movements and support inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events and collaborate with store leadership on local marketing and selling initiatives.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed on collections, materials and brand heritage to advise clients authoritatively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrated achievement against sales targets.
  • Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage a discerning clientele.
  • Proven clienteling experience and familiarity with CRM and POS systems.
  • Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail to uphold luxury presentation standards.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support retail trading hours.
  • Fluency in French and English is preferred; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
