OTB seeks a Client Advisor at Le Bon Marché in Paris: deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales and represent the brand on the sales floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, bespoke client service on the sales floor, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and personal shopping.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling, fit and craftsmanship.
- Manage the full sales cycle: greet clients, conduct consultations, process transactions, and ensure smooth after-sales follow-up.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and on-floor presentation to reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; assist with stockroom organization and receiving.
- Collaborate with store management and cross-functional brand teams to deliver events, trunk shows and private appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end departmental store sales, preferably with a recognized fashion house or designer brand.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering personalised client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour; strong commercial awareness.
- Fluency in French required; professional working proficiency in English strongly preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods; aptitude for working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail or high-end department store environments, with proven sales performance and client development skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or luxury hospitality preferred.
