Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Manage stock control and inventory management.
  • Assist customers in locating desired products and provide expert advice on product selection.
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Handle customer refunds and complaints with professionalism.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Attach tags to merchandise and ensure proper display on the sales floor.
  • Receive and store stock deliveries appropriately.
  • Stay informed about special promotions and assist in setting up displays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in Russian or Serbian is advantageous.
  • Experience in selling ready-to-wear and accessories.

Skills

Friendly and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with the public and working in a team environment. Confident and results-oriented with a positive attitude. Reliable, helpful, and polite demeanor. Knowledge of inventory management techniques. Fluency in English.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a sales associate role within the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.
