Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and remain current on seasonal offerings
- Execute consultative selling practices that prioritize client sophistication and create loyal customer relationships
- Maintain detailed client records including preferences, sizes, colors, style history, and life events to enable personalized service
- Schedule client appointments, curate merchandise selections in advance, and coordinate styling consultations
- Manage visual merchandising standards, ensure accurate product coding, tagging, and pricing according to company guidelines
- Participate in inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Provide qualitative feedback to management regarding merchandising, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Support brand values through consistent adherence to dress code and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail customer service environment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals in premium or commission-based sales roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Existing client book or proven ability to build high-profile international clientele

4+ years in premium or luxury retail sales environment with demonstrated commission sales achievement and client relationship building
Education
