Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach, maintaining brand standards at all times
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Drive sales through consultative service, strategic upselling, and cross-selling aligned with client profiles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups, event invitations, and personal styling sessions
- Develop a personalized client book and proactively anticipate and fulfill client needs
- Maintain awareness of brand history, current collections, seasonal releases, and industry trends
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care
- Support visual merchandising and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling abilities
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Demonstrated passion for delivering personalized, client-centric shopping experiences
- Cultural awareness and ability to engage comfortably with international clientele

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle retail environments is required. Demonstrated success in sales-driven roles and client-facing positions within upscale or contemporary fashion environments is strongly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or fashion/retail certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
