Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warm, professional, and personalized service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations tailored to individual client preferences and needs
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized follow-ups, event invitations, and styling sessions
- Develop and cultivate a personal client book to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty
- Anticipate client needs proactively and offer bespoke product recommendations
- Uphold brand values, image, and creative standards consistently across all client interactions
- Stay informed on brand heritage, new collections, design philosophy, and industry trends
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and manage payment methods professionally
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product care protocols
- Participate in visual merchandising, window displays, and back-office operational functions
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong storytelling ability
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Demonstrated passion for delivering personalized, customer-centric service
- Cultural awareness and ability to engage respectfully with international clientele

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle retail environments is required. Experience in consultative selling and client relationship management within a high-end brand context is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Fashion, design, or luxury retail training programs are advantageous.
