OTB / Maison Margiela Munich seeks a Client Advisor in Munich — deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience consistent with Maison Margiela brand standards; cultivate long-term client relationships and secure repeat business.
  • Proactively drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through clientelling, private appointments and targeted outreach.
  • Manage client data and interactions using CRM tools; update profiles, record preferences and follow up on leads and orders.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to brand guidelines; ensure product is curated, priced and merchandised for an optimal client experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system; handle payments, returns and exchanges in line with company policy.
  • Support stock control: receive deliveries, perform regular inventory counts, and communicate replenishment needs to store management.
  • Represent the brand at in-store events and trunk shows; coordinate with store leadership and regional teams for special client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within premium or designer fashion.
  • Fluent in German and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a polished, client‑centric manner suited to a luxury environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in Germany.

Experience
