Maison Margiela (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor for the MM6 Spiga boutique in Milan. Luxury retail role focused on clienteling and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide discreet, personalised client service that reflects Maison Margiela's aesthetic and standards; cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling activities.
  • Manage the client portfolio using in-store CRM processes: record interactions, schedule follow-ups and coordinate private appointments.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising guidelines to preserve product integrity and the MM6 Spiga presentation.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system; ensure correct cash and payment handling.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with store events, private viewings and product launches; liaise with the store management team to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within contemporary fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-level client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal presence, polished communication skills and a client-focused demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and high-season peak periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
