OTB seeks a Client Advisor in Milan: deliver luxury client service and drive sales for the group's boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a luxury clientele, including in‑store consultations and follow‑up communications.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and upselling of product assortments.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections, materials and seasonal campaigns to advise clients accurately and inspire purchases.
- Manage client records and follow up using CRM and clienteling best practices to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards; assist with stock replenishment, inventory control and receipt processing.
- Process sales accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and assist with returns, exchanges and client enquiries in line with brand policy.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of success in luxury or premium retail sales; ideally 1–3 years in a client‑facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for relationship building and client retention.
- Fluent command of the local language and professional business conduct; additional languages advantageous.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak season periods; flexibility for travel to regional boutiques where required.

Experience
Practical retail experience in luxury or premium apparel/leather goods, typically 1–3 years of client‑facing sales duties with demonstrable commercial results and familiarity with luxury service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
