OTB in Milan is hiring a Client Advisor — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and manage clienteling in a flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise client retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and appointment management.
- Maintain a rigorous clienteling practice using CRM tools: capture client preferences, follow up on enquiries and coordinate tailored communications.
- Uphold merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand directives; ensure stockroom accuracy and visual integrity on the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and maintain POS integrity; manage returns and exchanges according to policy.
- Support store operations including inventory replenishment, receiving deliveries and participation in in‑store events or private client appointments.
- Act as a brand ambassador: maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and communicate the brand story and product provenance to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a luxury‑market demeanour.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities; capable of delivering personalised styling advice.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel for brand events when required.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment and willingness to adhere to store operational procedures.
- Professional presentation and high standards of personal grooming consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience in luxury or premium fashion; prior exposure to high‑end clienteling and target‑driven sales is preferred.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, or customer service is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
