Margiela (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Metzingen — boutique role delivering luxury client service and driving sales in the Maison Margiela store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to boutique clients, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, convert footfall into revenue and support KPI tracking.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique standards: visual merchandising, presentation, housekeeping and stockroom organisation in line with Maison Margiela directives.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM records, proactively contact clients for appointments, launches and private events.
  • Execute sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, returns and POS reconciliation; ensure compliance with store procedures.
  • Develop deep product knowledge of seasonal collections, materials and production techniques to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Collaborate with the store management and cross-functional teams to support events, inventory counts and store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a luxury or premium retail environment; strong track record of sales performance preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to cultivate high-value client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to visual and operational standards appropriate to a luxury maison.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to participate in special store events.
