Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, high‑touch customer service and personalised clienteling to Mandarin‑speaking clientele, building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach, in‑store selling and participation in client events.
  • Maintain exemplary brand standards on the sales floor: garment presentation, visual merchandising, housekeeping and product knowledge.
  • Use POS and CRM systems to process transactions, record client profiles and follow up on leads and after‑sales requests.
  • Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving and loss prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to store events and local marketing initiatives targeting Mandarin‑speaking customers and inbound visitors.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken Mandarin (native or near‑native) with strong conversational English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Proven track record in luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrable sales results and clienteling experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to tailor service to high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Comfort with retail technology (POS, CRM) and accurate transactional procedures.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; strong reliability and presentation standards.

Experience
