Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize client experience with comprehensive knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations.
- Welcome and assist clients to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
- Master storytelling and engage clients with compelling questions.
- Foster long-term, authentic relationships with clients, ensuring personalized experiences.
- Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
- Exhibit active leadership on the sales floor to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
- Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions, with accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent theft, including tagging merchandise.
- Innovate and stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Drive sales by understanding client desires and crafting personalized experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within structured luxury fashion or retail companies.
- Passion for retail and customer service with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to grow within the organization and relocate if necessary.
- Digital awareness and openness to new working methods.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
- Strong competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution.

Previous experience in sales roles within luxury fashion or retail environments is preferred.
