OTB is hiring a Client Advisor for the Madrid Serrano boutique — luxury retail sales role in Madrid.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and personalised clienteling to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of product assortments.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and flawless store presentation.
  • Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and after‑sales follow up with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support CRM activities: capture client data, schedule appointments, manage follow‑up communications and campaign outreach.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on inventory management, receiving, pricing and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events and client appointments, ensuring brand guidelines and service protocols are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high‑end boutique sales, with a demonstrable sales track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to develop and manage a client portfolio.
  • Strong product knowledge and a polished, brand‑appropriate presentation and demeanour.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings, and readiness to participate in store events and private client appointments.
  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with proven ability to meet sales targets and manage VIP clientele.
