OTB seeks a Client Advisor in Madrid (Fuencarral) to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and maintain brand standards in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in a luxury retail environment to build repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product storytelling and effective clienteling.
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment and basic inventory control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives and assist with in-store events or launches.
- Record and update client information, follow up on leads and after-sales matters to maximise client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in premium or luxury fashion (typically 1–3 years) or demonstrable aptitude for high-end client service.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting sales targets and converting client interactions into sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; reliable and punctual.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships is expected.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail, marketing or hospitality are advantageous.
