OTB is hiring a Part‑Time Client Advisor for its Las Vegas outlet—deliver luxury client service and support boutique sales in Las Vegas, NV.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑end clients, building long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve individual and store KPI targets (sales, conversion, average transaction value) through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale, process transactions accurately, and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with store policy.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock presentation and replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Support stock management activities including receiving deliveries, cadence inventory counts and communicating replenishment needs.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, promotions and CRM initiatives to maximise client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑level customer service in a retail or hospitality environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and relationship building.
- Availability for a flexible, part‑time schedule including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
