OTB hiring a Client Advisor/Key Holder in Boca Raton — deliver luxury clienteling and manage store operations for a leading fashion group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized clienteling and convert high-value interactions into sustained loyalty and sales.
- Act as designated key holder: open/close the boutique, perform daily cash handling and reconciliation, and ensure security protocols are observed.
- Support store leadership in achieving monthly sales KPIs through targeted selling, visual merchandising standards, and product knowledge coaching.
- Maintain and grow the client database using CRM best practices; schedule follow-ups and manage private appointments.
- Oversee stockroom processes including inventory control, replenishment, and loss-prevention measures.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, deputise for the store manager during absences, and contribute to team rostering and task allocation.
- Represent the brand in-store and at local client events, ensuring a consistent brand image and premium customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver luxury retail service with a client-first mindset.
- Prior experience as a key holder or in a role with opening/closing and cash-responsibility duties.
