OTB / Maison Margiela — 2-month Client Advisor internship in Paris (Avenue Montaigne). Boutique retail internship focused on clienteling and luxury sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalised, discreet luxury service consistent with Maison Margiela’s brand standards.
- Support the boutique sales team in day-to-day clienteling: appointment management, follow-ups, and maintaining client records.
- Assist with sales transactions, POS operation and accurate record-keeping of sales and stock movements.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and upkeep of boutique presentation to reflect seasonal collections and store directives.
- Support inventory tasks including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and basic stock audits.
- Undertake administrative duties and ad hoc projects assigned by the store management to learn retail operations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher-education programme in fashion, business, marketing or a related field; eligible for a 2-month internship.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-focused manner appropriate for luxury clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of boutique presentation.
- Professional demeanour, reliability and the ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
- Previous retail or luxury client-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Internship-level role; no prior experience required though previous exposure to retail or luxury brands will be considered a strong asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university or grande école programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in fashion, business, marketing or related discipline; eligible for French internship placement if applicable.
