Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store client service and develop long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting footfall, upselling, and recommending complete looks.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; handle transactions, exchanges and after-sales processes in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising and presentation to brand directives, including window dressing and on-floor replenishment.
  • Manage stockroom procedures, assist with inventory counts and adhere to loss-prevention policies.
  • Support store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand visibility.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM; provide market and client feedback to store management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years within premium, denim or contemporary fashion brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a customer-first mentality.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and retail peak periods; legal right to work in Mexico.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, marketing or business is desirable but not required.
