OTB seeks a Client Advisor in Florence: boutique sales role delivering luxury client service and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised service to high-value clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, upselling, and promoting full-price transactions.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across seasonal collections and convey brand DNA and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including POS transactions, visual merchandising upkeep, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support events, private appointments and in-store activations; coordinate follow-up communications and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to share market feedback, client insights and local buying tendencies.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; 1–3 years in luxury, premium or contemporary fashion retail preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner appropriate for luxury clientele.
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic; flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Language skills: fluent Italian; proficiency in English advantageous (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience
