OTB seeks a Client Advisor (CDD) in Paris at Le Bon Marché. Temporary retail role delivering luxury client service and driving sales for the brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele and act as an ambassador for the brand within the Le Bon Marché environment.
- Proactively generate and convert sales through consultative selling, clienteling and follow‑up to cultivate repeat business.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising in line with brand directives and concession guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, manage receipts and perform daily cash reconciliation when required.
- Manage stock within the concession: receive deliveries, perform cycle counts, prepare transfers and report inventory variances.
- Collaborate with store management and brand teams to meet weekly and monthly sales targets and support in‑store activations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably within a concession or department‑store environment.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and a track record of achieving sales targets in a high‑end setting.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sophisticated clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal right to work in France for the duration of the fixed‑term contract.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail, concession or premium boutique environments; prior work within a major department store is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; professional training or diploma in retail, sales or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
