OTB / Jil Sander is hiring a Client Advisor in Dallas (NorthPark). Join the boutique team to deliver personalised luxury service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience consistent with Jil Sander’s minimalist luxury positioning and service standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a high-value client book through outreach, appointment-setting and personalised styling.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across men’s and/or women’s collections and advise clients on fit, fabric and styling.
- Execute in-store merchandising and visual standards, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately; manage transactions, returns and client records with discretion.
- Support daily boutique operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and collaboration with the store team.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, ideally within contemporary or high-end fashion houses.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build long-term client relationships and provide personalised service.
- Professional presentation, excellent verbal communication and polished client-facing manners.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applicable for the Dallas role).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of approximately 2 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and growing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
