Marni (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Dallas NorthPark, TX — deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client experiences through proactive clienteling, appointment-based selling and after-sales service.
- Drive store sales and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and conversion targets.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients with confidence and authenticity.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation standards to reflect the Marni aesthetic.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure compliance with cash-handling and store security procedures.
- Manage client records and follow up via CRM to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team on stock replenishment, inventory control and receiving merchandise.
- Represent the brand at client events and during VIP appointments, maintaining professional grooming and brand protocol.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, boutique or high-end department store environments; demonstrated clienteling success preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and concierge-level service orientation.
- Deep interest in fashion and an ability to articulate product heritage, materials and fit.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, merchandising or retail is advantageous.

Experience
Ideally 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
