Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals as set by management
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and remain current with Maison Margiela collections
- Welcome and engage regular clients, building a loyal customer base through personalized, sophisticated service
- Follow up with clients via telephone, correspondence, and special announcements; maintain detailed client records including preferences, sizes, colors, and life events
- Ensure visual merchandising compliance with brand standards and verify accurate product coding, pricing, and tagging
- Prepare client appointments in advance, pull merchandise, and provide styling recommendations
- Build and maintain a high-profile, international clientele database through systematic customer information collection
- Participate in inventory processes and contribute to a positive, organized store atmosphere
- Communicate brand values and heritage to clients while maintaining dress code standards
- Provide store management with qualitative feedback and market intelligence on competitor activity and fashion trends
Qualifications
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and multi-tasking capability
- Previous client book preferred
- Customer/Client focus and ethical conduct
- 4+ years in premium or luxury commission sales environment preferred
- Proven sales track record and consistent achievement of sales targets

Experience
Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury sector is required. Candidates with 4+ years in a premium or luxury commission sales environment and an established client book are strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and cultivating high-net-worth clientele is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal tertiary education mandated.
