Marni Client Advisor position at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa—luxury retail sales and client relationship role with $18–$19/hr compensation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs and preferences
  • Drive sales through exceptional service, strategic upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients through personalized luxury shopping experiences
  • Develop and maintain an active client book, engaging patrons through targeted follow-ups, invitations to events, and personal styling sessions
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations aligned with individual tastes and preferences

  • Stay updated on brand heritage, new collections, and emerging industry trends
  • Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care to maintain store standards
  • Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities as needed

Qualifications
