Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with warm, professional, and personalized approach aligned with luxury retail standards
  • Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice reflecting the brand's fusion of progressive design and functionality
  • Drive sales through consultative service, strategic upselling, and cross-selling techniques
  • Develop and maintain a personal client book, engaging through follow-ups, event invitations, and bespoke styling sessions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with an international clientele to encourage repeat business and loyalty
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend complementary products and services
  • Uphold brand values, image, and heritage standards at all times

Experience
