OTB — Client Advisor (temporary) in Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona. Luxury retail role focused on client service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele on Paseo de Gracia, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across the brand assortment and communicate features, craftsmanship and styling advice with credibility.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; handle cash, card transactions and returns in accordance with store policies.
  • Manage client data and follow up with clients using the CRM to drive appointments, events and after‑sales care.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique presentation meets brand standards at all times.
  • Receive, check and replenish stock; assist with inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Work flexibly across rostered shifts, including weekends and peak retail periods, and support store events and launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion houses.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage an international and style-conscious clientele.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability in cash handling and stock administration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special store events.

Experience
