Diesel seeks Client Advisors for seasonal summer support at Amsterdam Heiligeweg store. Part-time and full-time positions available.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist each client by understanding desires and creating a handcrafted in-store experience
- Represent the Diesel brand image and values through professional presentation, knowledge, and authentic engagement
- Build long-term relationships with clients through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Demonstrate active leadership on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities and drive individual and team results
- Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge while staying current with trends and competitor activity
- Ensure the sales floor and visual displays meet high luxury standards in compliance with company operational and stock procedures
Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment and clientelling activities
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector with demonstrated product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Ability to interact effectively with international clients
- Dutch and English language proficiency (mandatory); additional languages a strong advantage
