OTB is hiring a Client Advisor in Amsterdam to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for its fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, high‑touch customer service to cultivate long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling, product presentation and upselling.
- Manage the client database and CRM activities: follow up leads, schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Execute daily store operations including POS transactions, receiving and processing stock, visual merchandising standards and loss prevention protocols.
- Provide expert product knowledge across collections; advise clients on fit, fabric, provenance and styling.
- Collaborate with store team and management on local marketing, events and VIP appointments to drive footfall and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client profiles.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results‑oriented approach to meeting sales objectives.
- Comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems and CRM tools; meticulous attention to administrative detail.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years' experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing high‑value client relationships.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail management, business or hospitality preferred.
