OTB in Milan seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales for its fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service that reflects the maison’s luxury standards and fosters long-term client relationships.
- Proactively drive and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert product presentation and up‑selling.
- Maintain and expand a qualified client portfolio using clienteling techniques and CRM follow-up.
- Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and boutique presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, manage transactions and handle cash/cards securely.
- Receive, inspect and manage stock; assist with inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support boutique events and private client appointments, coordinating logistics and after-sales care.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM, and provide feedback to store leadership on market trends and client preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail or luxury sales, preferably within premium fashion or accessories.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and a client-first mindset.
- High level of commercial awareness and ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
- Professional presentation and an understanding of luxury brand codes.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales is expected, demonstrating consistent sales performance, client development and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
