OTB Spa Diesel seeks Assistant Store Manager in Vienna. Full-time retail leadership role managing sales operations and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving the store's financial and operational targets
- Conduct joint analysis and optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver customer service in sales with demanding service standards
- Set individual performance targets for all sales staff on daily, weekly, and monthly bases with subsequent reporting to the Store Manager
- Assume full responsibility for all store operations during the Store Manager's absence
- Lead and motivate the store team
- Conduct staff onboarding and training programs
- Manage cash register reconciliation and backoffice accounting
- Plan and optimize staff scheduling and vacation management
- Independently identify store requirements and implement corresponding actions
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Handle administrative backoffice tasks
Qualifications
- First professional experience as a retail management leader
- Passionate sales talent with strong commercial orientation
- Numerical literacy and comfort with financial analysis
- Strong argumentation skills and assertiveness
- Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office suite
