Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability through effective team management and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Serve as a positive brand ambassador, representing and reinforcing Diesel values to store personnel and customers
- Develop and exercise specific management competencies by assuming discretionary responsibilities in customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations
