Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets
- Deliver elevated, personalized luxury experiences to high-net-worth clientele and build strong client relationships through CRM strategies
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising, store presentation, and compliance with company policies
